Dowload de Anki OVERDRIVE app op je smartphone of tablet. Met een ingebouwde camera en een 50 MHz computer herkent elke racewagen het door jou gebouwde raceparcours. De autos blijven dankzij ‘artificial intelligence’ zelf op de baan zonder in een spoor vast te zitten. De baanstukken verbind je moeiteloos machnetisch met elkaar en kunnen makkelijk aangepast of veranderd worden. De high tech autos scannen hun racebaan 500 keer per seconde, weten daardoor waar ze zijn op de racebaan en laten zich zeer precies sturen.

Groundshock is a supercar included in the Overdrive Starter Kit, and is required for the kit and any expansions to function properly.

Groundshock is an extremely fast supercar, capable of outrunning any other car, and matched only in speed by Thermo. She uses her high speed to compensate for lack of defense, but has a high special item capability, and specializes in area-of-effect weaponry, meaning even opponents chasing her should be wary of her electrified attacks.

Weaponry

Default

Groundshock’s default weapon is the Electropulse, an area-of-effect weapon that sends out a damaging blast of electricity in a sphere around Groundshock, enabling her to hit cars around her, and also above and below her.

Equippable

Groundshock can be equipped with the following weapons, recovered from loot crates:

• Charge Beam
• Ion Punch

Special Items

Default

Groundshock’s default special item is the Tachyon Disruptor, a tractor beam item. It is capable of slowing down opponents in the path ahead, so that Groundshock can pass or attack them.

Skull is an extremely powerful supercar, firing heavy weaponry at his opponents. His firepower is unmatched, though Nuke and Big Bang come close. He uses his heavy, long-range weapons to compensate for lack of defense, and is moderately fast.

Weaponry

Default

Skull’s default weapon is the Plasma Cannon, a long range, high power weapon that fires a blast of superheated plasma ahead of him, allowing him to hit distant targets and inflict heavy damage.

Equippable

Skull can be equipped with the following weapons, that can be bought in the coin shop.

• The Depth Charge is a standard deployed weapon.
• The Chaingun is a rapid firing machine-gun.

Special Items

Default

Skull’s default special item is the Photon Harpoon, a tractor beam item. It is capable of slowing down opponents in the path ahead, so that Skull can get in range for the kill shot.
